How items are selected
Customers do not choose individual products. Items are selected at the time of assembly based on the direction you set, including theme, quality level, budget, and occasion.
Products are chosen according to seasonality and availability. In all cases, the overall design, size, color palette, and value remain consistent with your selected level.

Once assembled, each basket is reviewed to ensure it meets the selected level and presentation standards. It is then packaged and prepared for delivery according to destination and timing requirements.
