Common questions
Can a gift reach Vaughan the same day?
Yes, for baskets marked for same-day on the product page, when the order is in by 11 a.m. Eastern, any day but a holiday — offices between noon and 5 p.m., homes between noon and 7 p.m. After the cut-off it goes to the next open day; any later date can be chosen at checkout.
Can it go to an office?
Yes. Give the recipient's full name, company, floor or unit and any delivery notes at checkout; business deliveries are made during business hours. For many recipients, see corporate gifting.
How do I follow the order?
On the store's Order Tracking page, with the email address and the postal code used on the order. Support is on 1 (888) 831-4980, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern (6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific).
Are all baskets available for same-day?
No — only baskets marked for same-day on the product page qualify, and only in the Greater Toronto Area and Greater Vancouver. Every other basket, and every other address, goes by courier.
