Because each gift is assembled on its own, the precise products depend on stock. Where a substitution is needed we choose an item that keeps the chosen direction, its use and the overall value.
Delivery Information
- Same-day service is limited to eligible addresses in the Greater Toronto Area or Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, ordered by 11 a.m. local time.
- The delivery date is chosen from the calendar in the builder.
- Give us the full delivery address and a phone number the recipient answers.
- A hospital delivery relies on the ward's rules, access to the building and the recipient's status.
- If the recipient has already left, contact us right away so the delivery team can review the options.
- Give us the buzzer code, apartment number, concierge name or other access instructions.
- Confirmation of delivery is provided where possible for the delivery method used.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Alcohol appears only when you pick it as an add-on and where delivery is permitted. The recipient must be of legal drinking age and government-issued ID may be required.
